At The Break of Day
Camille Louzon

The cheering story of a joyful day shared between a little girl and a squirrel.

At the break of day, a little girl wakes up in her bed, and a squirrel in the family garden. Concurrently, they prepare for the day individually, before meeting and realizing they have more in common than just their brown hair. Along this joyful day, they share games and delicious snacks. When the rain starts to fall, the two friends part ways but continue to share the day through similar activities: one gets warm under a blanket and the other in a pile of leaves, one washes in the bathtub and the other in a puddle…

With her naive images, Camille Louzon stages charming heroines in a story written in rhymes to make the reading experience even more enjoyable!
